First things first, where does wisdom and knowledge come from? From books, from our parents, school, college...where? The answer is in Proverbs 1:7 "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and discipline." Who are you? The one seeking God's knowledge or the fool who despises it. God's knowledge leads to understanding. It is the understanding that even the wind doesn't blow in vain. God is the designer, planner and general contractor of everything. Nothing on this earth was made in vain. There is a circle of life, even down to the bugs in the ground. God planned out everything. He even had a master plan to save us from ourselves through Christ Jesus. God is to be feared because there is none like Him. God is Perfect in every way. I know that everything comes from him. Every breath I take, every meal I taste, and every shelter I rest my head under. I am no fool. I know where my blessings come. The Fearless Factor for today is a bit different. Proverbs 1:7 "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge...". The fear of the Lord is, what if God didn't care enough to meet all of our needs. What if God just let us live our lives the way we wanted to, with no discipline, no knowledge of who he was and is. The knowledge of knowing who God is the Fearless Factor. Without God, we would be fools with no where to go and no one to turn to. Be Fearless and Quiet No More.
