Fearless-Factor - Hebrews 2:14-15

Does Death scare you?Are you afraid to die or are you afraid to live? Death is a scary thing for most people, even Christians. It is where the rubber meets the road in the your faith. This is where you are rewarded for believing in a Savior or your ignorance is acknowledged. How do we conquer the fear of death? By Discovering the Joy of Life!
As children we think about death quite often. We worry about our parents dying or we wonder when we are going to die. As we grow older we push it to the back of our mind and don't focus on it as much. Life begins to clutter our thoughts with more worries. But when we reach a certain age death becomes more obvious. We realize that the mortality rate is 100% and we are going to die. I remember the song "Live like you were dying".
It talked about doing all of these crazy things before he died. We look at death as an ending. In reality, it is the Foreword of your Life with Christ. In Heaven when a believer comes home, it is a celebration, you have a One on One appointment with the Savior. In Heaven your Faith is rewarded for Fighting the good Fight and telling others about your Savior, Jesus Christ. The Fearless Factor for today is Hebrew 2:14-15 "Since the children have flesh and blood, he too shared in their humanity so that by his death he might destroy him who holds the power of death—that is, the devil—and free those who all their lives were held in slavery by their fear of death."
So now I ask you the same question in 1 Corinthians 15:55 "Where, O death, is your victory? Where, O death, is your sting?" Death has no future reservation for you, but Jesus Christ does...for eternity.
Be Fearless and Quiet No More.
