Fearless-Factor - Proverb 9:10

Fear causes many things. For some it can cause upset-stomachs, high blood pressure, nervousness, headaches. This sounds like a Pepto commercial. But seriously fear has an effect on our lives. When your fear sets in how do you handle it? The Fearless Factor for today is Proverbs 9:10 "The Fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding." We all go to a doctor when we are ill. Why no go to God in trouble times instead of stressing over it, He is The Great Physician. The Fear of the Lord in one way is an understanding of His Majesty and who He is. He is the Almighty. There isn't one thing in your life that God can not cure, fix, or restore. The beginning of wisdom is to know the source. The I AM is the Creator of all things and He is the Beginning and The End. If He alone know all Beginnings and knows how things will all end, wouldn't it be wise to seek his guidance on issues that cause you fear, anxiety, depression, nervousness, bitterness, worry, anger, and even joy. When troubles come and they will, what can worrying about it do other than send you to the drug store for a bottle of the pink stuff.
